You can hire, fire, admit to membership, make a cake or not for anyone you want for any reason within your private property/business. Yes, for publicly-funded institutions there would have to be some sort of quota system, I suppose, but wouldn't it be much easier this way? Like, everyone's racist and sexist so let's just cut the endless hand-wringing and ankle-biting. The idea that Americans are going to turn into Nazis is insane.
